I've started steering clear of companies that use Rippling PEO 1 as my co-employer. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've had with a co-employer. They didn’t even make it clear that they were my co-employer or do anything to support that role. There was zero communication or contact info provided. Throughout my full-time job, they were completely unresponsive. Any issues I had with W2s, payroll, or EEO law violations couldn’t be brought up directly with Rippling. They were MIA the whole time I was employed. Rippling PEO 1 only handled payroll and didn’t act like a co-employer or HR, leaving me without an employee handbook or HR contact. They didn’t step in when wrongful termination happened, even though they claimed the actual employer had to stick to their policies. While I was co-employed by Rippling PEO 1, I witnessed wrongful termination, disability issues, and gender harassment in the workplace. The PEO version of Rippling is just like basic payroll services and doesn’t meet its EEO responsibilities.

Using it is a breeze. It's really handy!

Rippling serves as a comprehensive platform that simplifies record keeping, budgeting, and W2 access for someone like me who juggles multiple companies. It's been a real game changer!

The software looks fantastic in theory and ticks all the boxes. However, the company and its staff are quite unhelpful and frequently catch you off guard with unexpected charges and minimal assistance during setup.
